Can I close the browser after saving my progress?

Yes, after you have saved you can close the browser, visit other links on the site or even shut down your computer and when you return all your data will still be here (apart from uploaded logos so best to upload them just before submitting the order).

What does * mean?

If you see * then that is a detail we require from you before submitting your order.

Can I order more than 50,000 Tickets?

Of course, please contact us for those orders.

My logo won't upload?

We accept the following formats.. JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, PDF, TIF, DOC and PUB. The maximum file size that we accept is 9Mb.

Do I need a Licence?

Only if you are holding a public raffle, please see our Licence page for more details.

Can I cancel after submitting my order?

Yes, but please make sure you cancel your order before we send you a proof otherwise you will incur a charge.

What if I make a mistake?

Don't worry, after we have sent you your proof we can make alterations or corrections. First alterations are free of charge, Thereafter will incur a charge.
