Back › Ticket help › My ticket has not arrived
Check spam and promotions first - it's genuinely the answer often enough to be worth trying before anything else. The email comes from Stubbs Tickets, not from the organisation directly, so search for "Stubbs" rather than the event name if it's not sitting in your main inbox.
Think about which email address you paid with. If it's a different address to the one you're checking now - a work email at checkout but you're looking in a personal inbox, say, or a partner's address - that's the most common reason a ticket seems to have vanished. Every copy we've sent has gone to the address you actually typed at checkout, not the one you're reading this on.
If you're not sure, or you've checked the right address and it's still missing, tell us what went wrong and we'll find your order.
Then resending won't help - it would just send another copy to the same wrong address. Instead, tell us what happened, and give us the amount you paid and roughly when, so we can find your order a different way and get your ticket to you properly.
This form reaches a real person. You do not need an order number - if you never had an email from us, you won't have one, and that's fine.
The email address you paid with, and anything you remember about the order - the event name, roughly when you paid, and how much. The more of that you can give us, the faster we can find it. We'll reply to the email address you give us on the form.
Need help? Tell us what went wrong and a person will read it.
