These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products by Stubbs Tickets to you. Stubbs Tickets is a trading name of Regalwhite.

Your order is an offer to Stubbs Tickets to buy the product(s) in that order. When you place an order to purchase a product from Stubbs Tickets we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

In the case of BUDGET TICKETS this will take the form of an invoice, payable immediately. After receipt of payment, a proof setting out the variable details as typed into the order form interposed into the selected template will be forwarded by email. The text will have been copied and pasted into the template and any alterations requested, including spelling, punctuation and the inclusion of capital letters, will be charged. The minimum charge will have been advised as an instruction on the order form.

In the cases of CUSTOM TICKETS (including 50-50 tickets) and LOTTERY TICKETS the email will take the form of a proof. The proof must be scrutinised with care and a reply made either confirming the artwork or requesting amendments to be made. In the latter case a further proof will be prepared and sent by email for confirmation. Any further amendments will be charged. The minimum charge will have been advised as an instruction on the order form.

All proofs are forwarded usually within 1-2 working days. Should the proof not be received within this time the buyer must advise Stubbs Tickets accordingly in order that a remedy may be arranged. Cancellation of an order after proofing will incur a charge for work done and administration. This will be in the form of an invoice sent in hard copy to the buyer and is payable immediately.

The period between confirmation of the proof and despatch is termed DELIVERY TIME This will be published on the order form and will change from time to time depending on the season. Every effort is made to keep this accurate but variations, due to exceptional circumstances, may occur. Stubbs Tickets will not accept responsibility for consequential loss incurred as a result. An express service is available and the extra cost is listed in the price list. This service may be suspended in times of peak demand. Dispatch will be made by overnight road transport and the buyer will receive notice of this via an email sent to the address on the order form.

Prices are listed in the website and are net. Delivery charges and VAT at the current rate are added and these costs are listed in the same place. All variable extras are listed and will be added to the net price before VAT is charged. Variations in the delivery cost may be charged to destinations within the UK which involve unusual access or are of a remote nature. Any buyer fitting this category (some areas of the Scottish highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands etc) must expect a delivery charge extra to those published in the list.

In the case of the goods being dispatched outside the UK or in an area which falls outside the catchment of UK Excise authorities the invoice will be rendered as a non taxable item. Any liability incurred falls solely to the buyer.

In the case of a logo or other artwork being submitted for inclusion in the finished product Stubbs Tickets accept no liability for infringement of copyright by regulations made under the European Communities Act 1972.
