Stubbs Tickets sent a proof to ensure all details were correct prior to printing. I was able to create a password so the head of the PTA could make the payment after I had filled in all the details. The only response was by email and although I managed the order process ok and the delivery was first class the tickets were to be printed in red and they were a very pale red, almost orange. The order process was easy and the proofs were sent to me really quickly - which made me think the printing process would also be turned around really quickly but it wasn't as I'd hoped. Had to keep asking for updates as the tickets seemed to be stuck at the 'Finishing' stage for many days. No information on your website about how the tickets are posted so had to ask for that too. Replies were quick however whenever messages were sent. The quality of the tickets was fairly cheap to be honest. They didn't tear at the perforations very easily.

Finally accepted; then took so long to arrive, the pupils' families only had Thursday & Friday to sell them to neighbours + family etc, so didnt manage to sell hardly as much as anticipated. Very disappointing; and possibly wouldn't have turned up at all if I hadn't chased them up to see when they'd arrive; and the person got back to me to say the'd be sent out the next day, on a Next Day delivery. Obviously slipped through the cracks of the many orders submitted at this time of year; but no apology or communication. We order each year from Stubbs; but this will now go under review.
