Yes, if you have opted for a custom design then our team will always show a proof / mockup of your product before payment.

VAT (Value Added Tax) is a 20% government tax that is added to most products and services, including raffle ticket printing.

Log into your dashboard and click on the order you wish to reorder. You will see a "Reorder" link that takes you to the order page with all the details pre-filled from your previous order.

Contact us through the message system in your dashboard, call us, or email us and we will help you cancel your order.

Yes, we accept larger orders of over 50,000. Send us an email with your required quantity and we will work out a quote for you.

For best results, use PNG or TIFF files as we print at high resolution. We also accept: JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PDF, TIF, DOC and PUB. The maximum file size we accept is 9MB.

Most of our customers are non-profit organisations and we pitch our prices to suit them.

If you need to make alterations or changes then you can do so from your dashboard, click on the alterations tab and describe what you need altering as clearly as you can. Then a member of the design team will adjust your proof accordingly.

Our full colour tickets are currently £5 extra per 1,000 tickets.

All single colour tickets are the same price as black and white tickets.

If you make an error before production then that can be corrected by our design team.

If you have made an error during or after production then unfortunately we will need to reprint and add a small cost.
