Can I track my delivery?
Yes. On the day your tickets are due to arrive, our courier will send you an email with a tracking link.
How much is the delivery charge?
For all raffle ticket printing UK orders, the standard delivery charge is £7.50 for UK mainland and for orders under 15,000 tickets. Then £7.50 for every further 15,000 tickets.
What if I need my tickets in a hurry?
We do have an express service (3-4 working days) but it has a £20.00 surcharge for orders up to 10,000 tickets. Then £1.00 extra per 1,000 tickets thereafter.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only. We can't deliver to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
