About Our Event Tickets

I've printed tickets for schools, PTAs, clubs and churches for a long time, and a proper ticket is one of the small things that makes an event feel organised. Every event ticket is numbered and has a tear-off stub: you keep the stub on the door and your guest keeps the ticket as their proof of entry.

Choose a design below, then tell us your event name, date, start time, venue and ticket price. We set it all out on the design you picked and send you a proof to check. Nothing goes to print until you're happy with it.

The numbering means you always know how many tickets are out there, and the stubs you collect on the night give you a simple headcount at the end. If you're also running a raffle on the night, our raffle tickets are a separate product made for prize draws.

FAQ

What is the difference between event tickets and raffle tickets?

Event tickets are admission tickets: one per guest, numbered, with a stub you tear off at the door. Raffle tickets are made for prize draws, with a counterfoil the buyer writes their details on. If your event has a raffle as well, you'll usually want both.

What can I put on my tickets?

Your event name, date, start time, venue and ticket price are the usual ones, plus anything your guests need to know, such as "Adults only" or "Includes a drink". Add them when you order and we'll lay them out on your chosen design.

Will I see my tickets before they are printed?

Yes. We make a proof from the design you chose and the details you gave us, and nothing is printed until you've approved it.

Why are the tickets numbered?

So you know exactly how many are out there. Keep the stubs you tear off on the door and you have a count of everyone who came in, which is handy for the fire register and for checking against what you sold.
