I am very pleased with the service, it was very quick delivery and easy to negotiate the website, the only thing I feel should be better is that I thought the tickets would be in colour and they are not. I must have missed the bit where it offers the colour so if it could be more prominent it would help people such as me who are not that savvy with websites.

This is the first time I have used Stubbs Tickets. Their ordering system is very easy to use. I couldn't complete my order straight away but their computer system saved the information I had started to enter and I could complete my order the following day. I found this particularly helpful. The proof raffle ticket came through overnight and was very prompt. The reason for 4 stars is because we placed our order on a Tuesday morning and wanted the tickets before the weekend. We therefore paid £20 for express delivery. However the tickets didn't arrive until the following Monday, "due to issues surrounding Covid" which I completely understood. It would have been helpful however, to know that there might be some delay in the 'express' delivery times. Despite this, we would definitely use Stubbs again.

I was impressed that the first question asked on the phone was to check we had a permit. That gave me confidence in the honesty of the company. Very reasonable prices and very clear processes that made the task very simple. I had some problems on the website with regard to the password and requesting a change, but it worked out eventually.
