Raffle tickets are exactly what I expected for a great price, and customer service was fantastic - friendly, quick and above & beyond when I needed an extra quick round of amends. A suggestion would be to give the customer more control over how the first proof looks, eg input into fonts and pictures. Perhaps an 'additional comments' box on the form? That might save time on some amendments.

Only criticism (and its minor) would be although notified they had been dispatched, I couldn't find how the tickets were going to be delivered or track them. (The raffle was a bit of a last minute decision, so we wanted to distribute them as soon as they arrived. I missed the delivery and had to collect them the next day, so we lost a day. Also I was expecting a few deliveries and wasn't certain it was the tickets, so I couldn't go out and collect them until I'd arranged for someone else to be available to take delivery of a parcel if it wasn't and the tickets were being delivered that day.)

Very poor service. We received notification that our order had been shipped on a Wednesday, when nothing had arrived by Friday we queried the ETA and were told they hadn't actually been shipped and our order wouldn't be dispatched until the following Wednesday. We had already arranged a number of people to spend an evening sorting and organising the tickets (as our gambling licence requires) and we had to cancel this at short notice. There was no consideration given to the pressures we were under, no explanation as to why we received an incorrect dispatch notification and no attempt made to resolve the issue. The response was "tough there is nothing we will do about it". We have used you in the past but will be going elsewhere for our orders in the future. Really dissapointed!

The email that you send out has the word received wrong (you have recieved) which makes you panic when a printing firm doesn't proof read. I paid £20 extra for quick turn around and you did that but Parcelforce let you down and though you posted out via 24hr delivery on 21th, I have only got it about an hour ago on 27th. Which is making things a bit tight.

Hello, I'm sorry to have to give you a 2/5 'poor' rating this year. You definitely scored 5/5 last year. Your customer service on the phone is good and I've no complaints about anyone I've spoken to as everyone has been very helpful - when I can get through that is - I tried to phone several times on Tuesday and Wednesday this week but the answerphone was permanently on. I did get a very quick response when I emailed though, so that you for that. I think your website form needs some modernisation and the customer needs to be able to see a proof online as they type the information in rather than submitting the wording and waiting for this to be put in manually and sent back. Creating raffle tickets is time-critical and every day there is a delay or another amendment that needs to be done is a day less selling and fundraising time. The first proof that came back was missing a couple of lines of my text, leading me to think there must be a character limit so I drastically cut down the wording on the next submission which looked fine and I approved that one. I remember having to do the same last year. Obviously if I'd been able to see, as I was typing it, that it look too wordy, I wouldn't have submitted it and would have solved the problem then. I approved our final proof on Sunday 28th Oct which you will have seen the next working day - Monday 29th Oct. I chose to pay £20 extra for the 4 working day turnaround from Monday, so expected the raffle tickets to have been despatched on Thursday and to have received them ideally on Friday 2nd Nov. They didn't arrive that day but instead I received an email from Parcelforce with a tracking number and a note to say they were due to receive the parcel from Stubbs that day. As it was 48 hour delivery, I then hoped to receive them over the weekend but I didn't, I suspected that must be because it was on working days only so then hoped they'd arrive Monday or Tuesday. They didn't turn up then either and very oddly there was no information about their whereabouts on either the Stubbs tracking site or the Parcelforce tracking site. On Wednesday, I phoned Parcelforce's automated helpline but after 10 tries saying the tracking number into the automated phone system it just couldn't recognise the number as being a valid one, so I hung up and found out a number for our nearest Parcelforce depot in Aldershot. I spoke to a helpful chap there who said that there had been no package submitted to them under that tracking number. I started to panic, worrying that the box of raffle tickets must have been lost along the way somewhere and after trying to phone the Stubbs office a few times on Wednesday morning (answerphone) I messaged you using the online system and had a very prompt (thank you) reply back apologising for the confusion caused by the Parcelforce tracking number and to say that the tickets were still with Stubbs (eeek!!!!!) and that they would be despatched that day and be with me by the next day. They did indeed arrive on Thursday but not until 2pm. A few parents worked quickly that afternoon to get them all ready to be distributed to the school children and they will all have them to go home with today. Phew! Our raffle draw takes place on 24th November (in 2 weeks time) and we've asked for the stubbs and money to be returned by Monday 19th (in 10 days time) so you can understand my sense of urgency about needing the tickets back quickly. The look of the raffle ticket is fine, our new logo looks good on them and the green ink is nice for a change. I'm disappointed the whole printing process took so much longer than last year though especially when I paid an extra £20 for a 4 day turnaround - I actually received them on the 9th working day. Please could I ask for a refund of that £20 as I'm pretty sure that these must have been delayed in your system somehow and weren't actioned to your usual Express Service standards. The whole process last year seemed so much more quicker and I remember feeling very impressed, hence feeling disappointed this year by it seeming to take so long. Sorry to give negative feedback about the process! When I have spoken to staff on the phone or on the tracking system though, you've always be very helpful and prompt so no criticism there!
