The process of uploading the info and approving the design was seamless and speedy. You even added some images that made the tickets look even more professional than expected. The only slight disappointment was that we paid for express service and we did not get the tickets as quickly as advertised. We messaged to clarify and did not get a reply. We believe we were about two days overdue. However we will certainly be back, next year we will allow more time so we won't need to pay for express!

You did not score highly this time, as you will recall, you printed the totally wrong ticket the first time round and that put our selling behind time. More care when printing this order would have obviated this error, as it should and could have been spotted at various stages in the process. How it got through, I am amazed, having been in the industry for over 50 years.
